Leipzig skate punk band Skeetch is back with their blistering new single, “Talkin’ Talkin’,” the second release from their upcoming full-length debut on Punkerton Records. Featuring guest vocals from Till (Slow Burn) and Eric Schulz, the track blends classic skate punk energy with a hardcore edge—calling out the clout-chasers, gossipers, and all those hiding behind hollow words.
“The riffing hits differently than our other tracks and brings in some hardcore vibes. We’re stoked to have our friends Till and Eric featuring on this crossover track.”
Skeetch formed in 2021 in Leipzig, Germany, when four longtime friends came together over their shared love of fast, melodic punk rock. Inspired by the golden era of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater
soundtracks and bands like Pennywise, Millencolin, and Bad Religion, Skeetch channels that same DIY spirit and drive.
After releasing two EPs and embarking on their first European tour in their debut year, Skeetch followed up with their third EP, Skeetch or Die, solidifying their place in the European punk
scene. With shows across countries including France and Croatia, the band has quickly built a name for themselves beyond their hometown.
Now composed of Max Schlegel (vocals), Tom Kühnel (guitar/vocals), Markus Ackert (bass/vocals), and Richard M. (drums), Skeetch is preparing to release their first full-length album later this
year. “Talkin’ Talkin’” is just a taste of what’s to come.
