The Crimson Ghosts are back with their new EP trilogy. The band is well known for being able to
channel their passion and love for the horror genre through music.
Their new album is an ambitious project divided into three chapters—three concept EPs—each composed of three tracks inspired by the most iconic horror themes. It will be released digitally in the
first quarter of 2026, followed by a physical release as a single album once all three EPs have been unveiled.
Lycanthropy, witchcraft, and vampirism are the three dark themes that will be brought to life through the band’s unique vision in this chilling, horror-themed trilogy. Packed with eerie
references and creepy callbacks, this release is a must-listen for fans of both horror and underground music.
Like all of their previous works, “III” has been expertly recorded, mixed, and produced by Pier Paolo Alessi at Gotama Studio. The stunning artwork, crafted by Daniela Ballone of Hide.Ink,
perfectly complements the dark, atmospheric vibe of the album.
I- LYCANTHROPY
The first chapter of the trilogy, titled Lycanthropy, is fully dedicated to the legend of werewolves. The openingtrack, “Get Out Of My Way,” is a fierce and untamed anthem, howling and gritty
riffs that blend the raw energy of punk rock and hardcore.
The ep will be available in all platforms from January 16 2026.
THE BAND
Formed in 2013 on the outskirts of Bergamo as a tribute band to the Misfits, the band quickly set aside their covers to focus on creating their own music, carving out a distinct sound that blends
their influences with something uniquely theirs. After the release of “Tits and Bones”, their self-recorded and self-published debut album, and several live shows around Bergamo, the band joined
the roster of Gotama Studio in 2021. It was here they released their first EP, “Destroy to Create”, followed by their second full-length, “Curtains of Fear”, and the EP “Burnt Offerings”. Thanks
to these standout releases, they’ve had the opportunity to perform not only across Italy but also in venues throughout Europe and the Middle East.
In the years that followed, the band never stopped writing, constantly pushing the boundaries of their sound and taking their Horror Punk to new heights, blending in influences from a variety of
genres. The dark Punk Rock and Hardcore sound of their early albums, driven by their powerful female vocals, has evolved, now infused with elements of Metal, Hard Rock, Stoner, and Grunge. This
transformation pays tribute to the entire underground and alternative scenes of the '80s and '90s, all while staying true to their roots in horror themes, lyrics, and the distinctive aesthetic of
the band. The EPs that make up III stand as a testament to both their original sound and their evolution, blending their unique traits with new musical explorations.
The band Says:
“It’s been a while since we started thinking about something different for our new album, and after a year and a half of hard work, we’ve finally brought this trilogy to life. The first chapter,
Lycanthropy, is not just a horror-themed concept but also draws from real-life experiences. The music, heavily influenced by Punk and Hardcore, was the perfect fit to convey this raw, intense
journey, with each of the three tracks making a powerful impact.
“Get Out Of My Way” is the single that kicks things off, with its wild energy and razor-sharp guitar riffs that cut through the air like werewolf claws.
“Follow the Werewolf” invites you to run wild under the full moon, embracing the night.
“Panic Beast” explores the duality of the supernatural.
